IT Consulting Services

Google Search

Users are able to search all content sources in their organisation, including on the corporate network, the desktop and the World Wide Web. Users are able to search over 220 document types across a wide variety of sources including file shares, intranets, databases, applications, hosted services, and content management systems. In addition, the search offers an indexing tool that delivers one view of data across the various public enterprise information stores, bypassing the need for traditional business intelligence tools.

According to the Delphi Group, knowledge workers can spend up to 25% of their time simply searching for information. With universal search, employees can now spend less time searching and more time focussing on mission-critical tasks, thus increasing their productivity tremendously. Google Apps

With a necessary paradigm shift, we believe that organisations can extract benefits when a large part of their workforce consists of knowledge workers.
